The passive material sluice is specially designed for use in pharmaceutical production and clean rooms up to clean room class ISO 8 and up to GMP class C.

It is an effective solution for the fast and efficient transfer of various materials and products. The material sluice can be accessed step-free with a transport trolley. 

It consists of a double-walled construction and flush-mounted door elements made of safety glass on both sides. The doors are sealed circumferentially with a silicone seal and additionally sealed at the bottom with a drop-down floor seal. The door hinges can also be adjusted in three dimensions. 

The interior chamber and body are made of brushed1.4301 stainless steel. All corners and edges are welded and ground. The 
material sluice can be integrated into a cleanroom wall. It is not connected to any ventilation system.

All internal and external surfaces of the material sluice are resistant to conventional cleaning and disinfecting agents and are suitable for daily cleaning.
