Account and registration

How do I sign up for a new account?

You can complete the registration directly in our store. Customers outside of Germany must upload a signed VAT document for registration.

Where can I find my account?

Customers can access their account directly from our store, either by clicking the user icon in the header or by clicking "My Account" in the footer.

How can I change details and addresses?

Customer information can be edited on the My Account page by clicking the Edit button at the bottom of the page.

How do I get my login details?

Customers provide their login credentials (username and password) during registration. Customers will receive a confirmation email to the email address they provided.

What happens if I forget my login details?

Customers can reset their password at any time on the "Forgot Password" page, accessible from the login page. A password reset link will be sent to the customer's email address. If this email address is no longer accessible, please contact our support team here .

Can I register as a private customer?

Our shop is only accessible to business customers.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on product availability. Product availability is indicated on the respective product page. In-stock products are typically delivered within 10 business days (actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination). For out-of-stock products, longer delivery times apply depending on the product.

Which carriers are available for delivery?

Packages are delivered by a parcel service commissioned by HT Labor + Hospitaltechnik GmbH. The parcel service is subject to change. Packages in our standard sizes are shipped with our long-standing partner UPS. UPS guarantees fast, reliable, and high-quality parcel delivery.

What payment options are available?

Our standard payment method is prepayment. Existing customers also have the option of receiving goods on account with a 30-day payment term. Payments must be made to the HT Labor + Hospitaltechnik account specified on the invoice.

How much are the shipping costs to my delivery address?

Shipping fees will be added to your order before checkout. These fees are based on the size, weight, and delivery address.

Can large quantities be ordered and how are shipping costs calculated?

For large orders, we'll be happy to provide you with a quote including a flat shipping fee calculated specifically for you. You can also direct your inquiry to our support team .

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the following EU countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France (except the Outer Sea departments and regions/territoires and Corsica), Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Italy (except Sardinia), Croatia, Slovenia, Finland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece (except Greek islands and Greek Cyprus), Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal (except the Azores and Madeira), Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Romania, Slovakia, and Sweden. We also ship to Switzerland and Norway.

How is customs clearance carried out?

Goods shipped by HT Labor + Hospitaltechnik GmbH to third countries are subject to customs clearance by us.

How can I place an order?

After selecting your products, their specifications, and quantity, add them to your shopping cart. To complete your transaction, please click the "Proceed to Checkout" button on your shopping cart page and proceed through the checkout process. During the checkout process, please select your shipping address from the available shipping addresses. After verifying that your order is correct, you can complete it by clicking "Buy Now" at the bottom of the page.

All customer orders are listed on the "My Orders" page, which is accessible to logged-in customers via the "My Account" page.

You can check the current status of your order on the "Order Details" page, which is accessible from the "My Orders" page.

How can I file a complaint?

For complaints about individual products, please use our "Complaint Management" contact form on the "Order Details" page. Please follow the instructions in the form and provide details of your complaint and upload the required images (note the maximum file size). For all other complaints, please use our contact form .

How can I make a custom request regarding my order?

For all inquiries related to your order, please use the contact form . Please note that changes to an order that has already been processed are not possible.
