Refund policy

Returns of goods are only possible with the prior written consent of HT Group. The return must be made in the original packaging and in perfect condition. The buyer shall bear the cost of the return, unless the return is due to a defect attributable to HT Group or an incorrect delivery.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
