The active gas-tight EI60 fire-rated pass-through system combines a gas-tight EI60 fire-rated hinged door with a GMP transfer chamber an a GMP-sluice door.
Depending on the specific requirements, the system provides fire resistance of up to 60 minutes.
The active material airlock was specially designed for use in pharmaceutical production areas and cleanrooms up to ISO Class 5 as well as GMP Grade A.
It enables the fast, safe and efficient transfer of a wide range of materials and products into and out of cleanroom areas.
The airlock can be integrated flush into cleanroom walls.
