The passive material lock is specially designed for use in pharmaceutical production facilities and GMP class C and D clean rooms .
The passive material locks are not connected to any ventilation system. The material lock consists of a double-walled construction and safety glass door elements flush-mounted on both sides. The doors are sealed with a circumferential EPDM gasket. Furthermore, the door hinges can be adjusted three-dimensionally. The interior chamber and body are made of ground stainless steel 1.4301 . All corners and edges are deburred and welded. The material lock can be installed in a cleanroom wall or mounted on a height-adjustable base frame.
All surfaces inside and outside the material lock are resistant to conventional cleaning and disinfection agents and are suitable for daily cleaning.
