Description

The semi-active trolley lock is specially designed for use in pharmaceutical production and clean rooms up to clean room class ISO 5 and up to GMP class A.

It is the effective solution for fast as well as efficient infeed and outfeed of different materials and products. The trolley sluice has no threshold and can therefore be accessed by a transport vehicle.

The well-founded ventilation concept within the sluice ensures perfect cleanliness directly at the product. The actice trolley sluice operate 
independently, which means that the supply and exhaust air are not connected to the HVAC system. A slight overpressure inside the airlock prevents the ingress of external contaminants. 

The trolley sluice consists of a double-wall construction with flush-mounted safety glass door elements on both sides. The doors are sealed with a silicone seal and on the underside with a lowerable floor gasket. The door hinges can be adjusted in three dimensions. The rinsing of the sluices is also suitable for the discharge of disinfectant residues.

The inner chamber and the body are made of ground stainless steel. All corners and edges are deburred and welded. The active trolley sluice can be installed in a cleanroom wall. The supply air is fed via a radial fan integrated into the technical structure. The supply air flows vertically from the technical superstructure via a HEPA filter according to the principle of low-turbulence displacement flow into the inner of the sluice. The exhaust air is extracted in the lower area of the perforated inner walls of the sluice by the on-site air fan. The supply air filter can be replaced via the inner of the sluice.

All surfaces inside and outside the trolley sluice are resistant to conventional cleaning agents and disinfectants and are suitable for daily cleaning.
