The 20 x 13 mm silicone square profile is the standard seal for the door leaf of the gas-tight swing door from HT Group. It runs around the perimeter in the gap between the two door leaf shells and is permanently bonded in the corner areas. When the door is closed, the door frame's compression edge presses against the profile, creating the door's permanently gas-tight seal.

The profile is used as standard for gas-tight swing doors – regardless of whether the door is installed in a personnel airlock or a material airlock. For large doors with a 1-point locking system, the softer silicone foam profile HBZ00692 is intended; for the fire protection version, the wider profile HBZ00698; and for doors with a low threshold, the sealing profile HBZ01138.

The profile is made of solid material and is therefore very durable; in regular operation, there is practically no wear. We recommend checking the seal at regular intervals and cleaning it in accordance with the valid hygiene plan so that damage to or contamination of the sealing surface can be detected early. In the event of mechanical damage, the profile is available as a spare part. The profile is supplied by the meter; the required length can be specified in meters in the shop.
