The silicone sealing profile (HBZ01138) seals the bottom edge of the door leaf of the HT Group gas-tight swing door in the low-threshold version. When closed, the raised profile rests on the beveled 7 mm threshold, ensuring the necessary seal.

The low threshold is used for large gas-tight swing doors that are crossed by trolleys and transport carts. The sealing profile bridges the gap between the bottom edge of the door leaf and the threshold; the molded contact surface with a 45° bevel follows the contour of the threshold.

Doors with a low threshold are designed with long hinge pins so that the door leaf does not have to be removed when replacing the bottom seal. The profile is made of solid material and is therefore very durable; there is hardly any wear during regular operation. We recommend checking the seal regularly and cleaning it in accordance with the applicable hygiene plan. In the event of mechanical damage, the profile is available as a spare part. It is supplied by the meter; the required length can be specified in meters in the shop.
