The S110 silicone sealant in transparent (HBZ01227) is used for the corner bonding of the silicone sealing profiles of the gas-tight hinged door from HT Group. It is used to connect the mitered or butt-jointed profile ends into a continuous, closed sealing profile.

This is a one-component, oxime-based, neutral-curing, and MEKO-free silicone sealant. The skin formation time is approximately 10 minutes at 23 °C and 50 % relative humidity, and the through-curing rate is approximately 2 to 3 mm in 24 hours under the same conditions. It is processed at +5 °C to +35 °C.

The cured sealant is temperature-resistant from −40 °C to +180 °C, contains a fungicide, is non-corrosive, and has a tack-free surface. It is classified as class 25LM according to ISO 11600 and allows for a total deformation of 25 %.
