The BG-roller Ø 22 × 15 mm (BTZ00268) is the locking roller located in the door leaf of the gas-tight swing door from HT Group. It consists of a roller made of 1.4571 stainless steel and a press-fitted plain bearing made of the thermoplastic plain bearing material iglidur G. It is supplied as a fully assembled unit.

The roller has an outer diameter of 22 mm and a width of 15 mm. The bore of the press-fitted plain bearing is 12 mm. The plain bearing is flush with the back of the roller.

As a moving component of the locking mechanism, the roller is subject to operational wear. We recommend checking the roller and bearing during every maintenance session and completely replacing the assembly if there is excessive play, scoring, or increased friction.

Replacement and service component for gas-tight swing doors (GDDT) in laboratory, cleanroom, and security areas.
