The lens flange screw M6 × 16 mm (NOR01541) is a standard part according to ISO 7380-2 made of A4-70 stainless steel. It is used on the door leaf of HT Group's gas-tight hinged door to secure the inspection cover of the safety interlock.

The inspection cover closes the service opening in the door leaf and is sealed gas-tight using the PTFE gasket HBZ02343. The cover is fastened together with the sealing washers HBZ04286, ensuring that the screw connections themselves are also gas-tight. The flat lens head with flange distributes the contact pressure over a larger surface area and has a low profile.

The A4-70 version is intended for areas with increased corrosion stress, for example, doors in wet rooms. The A2-70 version is available under NOR00696. Every time the inspection cover is removed, the screws and sealing washers must be checked for damage and replaced if necessary.

Replacement and service component for gas-tight hinged doors (GDDT) in laboratory, cleanroom, and safety areas.
