information
The latching emergency button (ELE03011) is used for emergency unlocking of the gas-tight hinged door from HT Group. When actuated, the door lock is released, allowing ongoing release times – such as the pressure equalization time of a personnel airlock or the shower time of a decontamination shower – to be interrupted.
In contrast to the momentary version ELE00750, this button remains in position after being pressed and is only unlocked again by turning it. The triggered state is therefore clearly recognizable and remains until it is intentionally reset. Both versions can be used equally; the selection is made according to customer requirements.
The button is designed to be tamper-proof, and the two normally closed contacts are positively opening. The design corresponds to an emergency stop device according to EN 60947-5-5 and EN ISO 13850; in this application, the button is used for the emergency unlocking of the door lock. Integration is carried out via the on-site control system.
Installation takes place in the frame face, typically 1,600 mm above the finished floor level. The emergency button is screwed into the adapter nut; the adapter nut itself is then pressed into the recess of the frame face using its snap-in function.
